Every great city deserves a Civic Orchestra.

The Louisville Civic Orchestra (LCO) is an open and inviting musical community dedicated to cultural enrichment through the practice and performance of symphonic music. We exist to provide the musicians of our city with a fun, energized outlet for artistic expression, and to bring high-calibre concert experiences to diverse Louisville audiences at zero cost.

We need your support! Donations help us share the joy of orchestral music in our community for FREE. As an all-volunteer Non-Profit that never charges a cent for admission, your financial support helps us acquire sheet music, rent and purchase equipment, advertise, and so much more. We’re active outside the concert hall too, frequently partnering with wonderful organizations like Gilda’s Club of KY, Down Syndrome of Louisville, and UP Louisville, all in an attempt to use music to make Louisville a healthier, happier, more vibrant community! Please donate today - no amount is too small!
